The Lewis/Anscombe debate

A. N. Wilson attatches a great deal of significance to the debate between Lewis and Elizabeth Anscombe at a meeting of the Socratic club. Some of Lewis's parts of the debate were published in a collection called 'Timeless at Heart (1985 edited by W. Hooper) but not enough for anyone to be able to follow the argument. The argument led Lewis to modify Miracles for the paperback reprint. So does anyone know: 1. What changes were made to Miracles; what did the original say that was different? 2. What was the debate about in philosophical terms 3. Are the relevent records from the socratic club available anywhere?
