Lewis Mosquito Quote

Postby gbrandolph » May 24th, 2009, 11:54 pm

I remember reading that Lewis wrote somewhere that a heaven for mosquitos and a hell for people could easily be accommodated together. I can't find that quote now. Can anyone tell me where that is?

Thanks.

Rat! he found breath to whisper, shaking. Are you afraid?
Afraid? murmured the Rat, his eyes shining with unutterable love.
Afraid! Of Him? O, never, never! And yet -- and yet -- O, Mole, I am afraid!
Then the two animals, crouching to the earth, bowed their heads and did worship.

I remember laughing really hard when I first read this in "The Problem of Pain". It's very true though
