Hi samsam,

First editions of CSL's books are scarce and very expensive. First editions (American or English) of LWW are going for upwards of $2,000. The best place to find them is at . Some copies listed there have been rebound in leather, which may look nice on the shelf, but in the rare book world original condition is always more desireable. A copy in original boards with a dust jacket in the finest possible condition is the way to go if you're going to be spending that kind of money.
