Off the top of my head, I don't remember her using it except during a contest in Prince Caspian. Lucy and Jill also used bows in The Last Battle, but Susan wasn't there.

In "The Horse and His Boy" Corin specifically told Shasta that Susan was good at archery, although she didn't ride off to wars (I'm too lazy to get a direct quote, but that was basically it). My point? -Although she doesn't DIRECTLY use her bow, she is mentioned of USING it. However, in Prince Caspian, she holds an archery contest with Trumpkin in the orchard (if that counts).
