I don't know about LWW specifically, but the 7-book Narnia series has sold over 85 million copies as of 2003 (or thereabouts). As for awards, LWW didn't win any that I'm aware of. The Last Battle, however, won the Carnegie Award, the highest honor for children's literature in the United Kingdom.
