I own an first edition copy of Thomas Hardy's 'Jude The Obscure' which is signed twice by a C.S. Lewis. I wonder do any of you know where I could see a sample of Lewis's handwriting to compare it.

Your best bet is to contact a reputable autograph dealer who has handled Lewis material. You could copy or scan the signature and send it to them for authentication. This link might be of help:

And BTW, if you have a true first of Jude (London, James Osgood, 1896) in good condition, congratulations. It's a pretty scarce book.
