Into the Wardrobe

Hi there,

I'm looking for a large (resolution-wise) jpg or what-not of C.S. Lewis, particularly the one of him smiling in his chair as printed on the back of the books.

If anyone knows where I can find that particular photograph, or can send me a copy, I would really appreciate it.

Have you tried the pics on the side of the menu bar? I am not sure if there is the one you're looking for, but it's worth a shot.

That's not the photo, but thanks for the attempt. The one I had in mind is the same one usually featured on the back of his softcover books.

He's got a big open mouthed smile on his face. It's not in the photo archive on this website and I can't seem to find it elsewhere either.

Heh, I spent the better part of an hour on google and never once came across it.

This one does look similar to the one though, I think it will do! Is there a larger version?

I intend to have it printed and framed.

Does anyone know how tall C S Lewis was? This photo seems to suggest he was perhaps a person of small stature though for some reason I always thought he was rather tall, don't ask me why though.
