No, there was no marriage between Tumnus and Lucy. Besides being different species, his friendship with her would have been more like a father or grandfather type to her rather than of a romantic nature. What you probably have vague remembrances of is the attempted courtship of the grownup Susan by the Calormene Rabadash in The Horse and His Boy. But neither did that result in marriage.

…on a night of rain Frodo smelled a sweet fragrance on the air and heard the sound of singing that came over the water. And then it seemed to him that as in his dream in the house of Bombadil, the grey rain-curtain turned all to silver glass and was rolled back, and he beheld white shores and beyond them a fair green country under a swift sunrise.

hmmm... susan... YEAH... it sounds familiar.. haha. i thought the marriage of lucy and mr. tumnus would be rather odd. but i mean, its a book. haha. yeah, i figured the romance i remember either came from the magicians nephew or the horse and his boy.

You're probably thinking of The Horse and his Boy. There is a marriage in that one, but I won't say of whom, so as not to spoil it for anyone.

"At myself. My little puny self," said Phillipa.

I wonder what you DID read in elementary school?

Lucy was a little girl of eight. The somewhat middle-aged faun (cross between man and goat) was not married in the books.

There were no actual marriages narrated, although it is indicated at the ends of one or two books that some people DID get married.
These were children's stories, so romance had almost no look-in at all.
