Are you reading it for an assignment? ;). As far as I know there is no such film but I couldn't swear to it.

I have never heard of any film resembling TWHF.

Probably because every time a director might want to try, zealous Lewis fans conspire together to death-threat him out of it.

...or, you know, a reasonable and logical explanation like "lack of fan-base." But that's not as much fun.

The guest doesn't appear to be asking if TWHF was made into a movie, but rather if there was a movie with a similar theme. The only movie version of the Cupid and Psyche story I know of is that weird little bit in the movie version of Even Cowgirls Get the Blues.

If one wanted to really stretch it, I suppose Beauty and the Beast could be considered to have some similarities.
Rat! he found breath to whisper, shaking. Are you afraid?
Afraid? murmured the Rat, his eyes shining with unutterable love.
Afraid! Of Him? O, never, never! And yet -- and yet -- O, Mole, I am afraid!
Then the two animals, crouching to the earth, bowed their heads and did worship.
