Whitney, if you're hoping to reach C.S. Lewis himself, he died in 1963.
"What are you laughing at?"
"At myself. My little puny self," said Phillipa.

Wonders idly if Lewis ever checks in from beyond to see what's going on here (and haven't you ever wondered who those hidden members are?)

Rat! he found breath to whisper, shaking. Are you afraid?
Afraid? murmured the Rat, his eyes shining with unutterable love.
Afraid! Of Him? O, never, never! And yet -- and yet -- O, Mole, I am afraid!
Then the two animals, crouching to the earth, bowed their heads and did worship.

When I first saw this post, I almost removed it...then I thought to myself, "Self? Leave it here...we can have a little innocent fun with it!"

And I was right, as usual.

It's someone having a laugh, obviously.

I think I'm going to start using "confussed" as a word. It has a nice sound to it. Like a combination of confused and concussed.
People flock in, nevertheless, in search of answers to those questions only librarians are considered to be able to answer, such as "Is this the laundry?" "How do you spell surreptitious?" and, on a regular basis, "Do you have a book I remember reading once? It had a red cover and it turned out they were twins." ~Terry Pratchett, about libraries
And we shall reach zero at some point. :)

Hmmmmm.

If there was ever a place to contact C. S. Lewis (and find out if he actually wrote his own books... <_<), this would be it, I s'pose.

oh man! I came in too late to claim "confussed" as my own!! :toothy-grin:
( I always feel a little bad about picking on someones spelling, thinking english might not be their first language...but this one is too funny!)

And, is the OP accusing us of plagiarizing Lewis??
