If you are using hotmail accounts, then you probably are having the same trouble I was when I first registered. Check your junkmail. It might be in there.

I finally got it figured out. I was using both hotmail and gmail, but it took like, half an hour to get the email. Anyhow, thanks, I'll go check my hotmail now!
