Who are the Godchildren of Lewis, and is it true they were the inspiration for Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy?

The character of Lucy was named after one of Lewis's godchildren, Lucy Barfield. The idea of the children as evacuees during the war comes from children who were actually evacuated to Lewis's house during WWII. I'm not aware that any of the other children (or even Lucy, save for the name) were inspired by Lewis's other godchildren.

The only other godchild of Lewis's I can think of off the top of my head is Laurence Harwood, son of Lewis's close friend Cecil Harwood.

A quick Google search doesn't turn up a list of godchildren, and I'm at work, so I don't have access to my books. Anybody have a list?

Lucy Barfield (daughter of Owen Barfield) was a "godchild" of C. S. Lewis...and it's been widely assumed that she was the inspiration for Lucy Pevensie. Lewis dedicated the book to her, and author Paul Ford, in his book, states "In honour of his goddaughter, Lucy Barfield, he dedicated the book to her and changed its main character to a youngest child named Lucy".

However, I believe Douglas Gresham, Lewis' step-son, says in his book that Lucy's character was modeled after another girl named Jill Flewett.

Here is a useful thread about the people the books were dedicated to;
