Well, if it were to be done 'properly' the Diocese of Nigeria would offer to buy the church grounds and buildings from the existing owners.

Then all would be happy and no one would be squatting.

Alternatively, they could arrange some kind of rental agreement.

Is the Archbishop of Canterbury recognised as the Head of the Anglican Church in America. Or do they have their own head?
