How would telling people to be nice to one another get a man crucified? What government would execute Mister Rogers or Captain Kangaroo?

Romans 5:8 "But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

I'm just starting to work my way through the original post, and it will take me some time. However, I would like to point out that David Tammet's experience of numbers sounds very much like . This is an ideosyncratic neurological phenomenon, which is to say that someone's synesthetic response to something doesn't necessarily reflect an aspect of reality. So just because Tammet senses different personalities in numbers doesn't necessarily mean that in reality, there is an inherent difference in the numbers themselves - it's just the way the wiring of his brain happens to make him perceive them.

Leslie you are right, Tammet experiences synthesesia. All I am doing is giving an example of some one who does represent numbers in a a unique way. Just like the idea of three could be represented in binary as: 11 or how the concept of ten is represented commonly in hexidecimal as: "a" These are only example to support the idea that numbers are individual. I am just showing how the signifier is informing the meaning of the signified, well at least it my case.

In my feed back so far it seems that people are already aware of this or they do not get it. So I am not sure, is this a simple concept or a difficult one?

My theory is a reaction to postmodernism. It is really not at all revolutionary unless you agree with the likes of Roland Barthes, Julia Kristeva, and Derrida. I agree with a lot of what they say, just not all of it. So i guess, this is where I would go after postmodernism. Also, it is centered around the role of the artists (author). This is important to me because I am an artists.

Postmodernism is not as hard to understand as i thought it would be before I knew any thing about it. Either that, or I just do not know any thing about it at all.
