Plato: what DO they teach them in school these days?

C. S. Lewis's apologetics have led me back to reading Plato. (Well, actually listening to audio books of Plato but same difference) Most interesting dialogue so far has been Euthyphro. Which of the Platonic dialogues do you think are most relevant to Christianity and C. S. Lewis's writings?

I just finished reading The Abolition of Man and noticed that Lewis often quotes from Plato's Republic. I have not read Plato yet, but I think I am going to add him to the list.

You can get free audiobooks of Plato here:

http://librivox.org/newcatalog/search.p ... ion=Search (Check Librevox first)
http://www.archive.org/search.php?query ... ookspoetry (There are more here, but voices aren't as good)

I think The Abolition of Man is Lewis's most important book actually.

Thank you, Nerd42 for those links! I agree with you about the importance of The Abolition of Man... and its such a small book!
