Thanks to all who viewed or participated in this Reading Group, especially A# minor and magpie. Sorry that I myself wasn't so active near the end.

Any suggestions for another project (which, for me, would need to start after the New Year)?

We could read the Tolkien Reader together.
That (in my edition) includes...
Tolkien's Magic Ring by Peter Beagle
The Homecoming of Beorthnoth
Tree and Leaf: On Fairy Stories & Leaf by Niggle
Farmer Giles of Ham
The Adventures of Tom Bombadil

Not as long or as involved as Silmarillion was, but still full of lots of subject material for discussion.
As you said, Adam, it will have to wait until January. I'm sure we're all too busy this time of year.
