Anyone wanna read LOTR with me?

Postby jo » February 28th, 2006, 4:41 pm

I'd like to do a study (very informally.. structure is not my thing) of LOTR if anyone wanted to do it with me... anyone? We could just do it in this forum, no need for a separate study area.

jo,

My situation is similar to A# minor's; I am working hard at keeping up with my over-ambitious summer reading list (which includes, in my case, preparing for a parish study group on Dostoevsky's Brothers Karamazov this fall). So while I can't join in TLotR read this time, I'll check in for comments, reflection, as I am able.

All the best.

Gosh, this thread is from back in February. I don't know if even Jo is still planning on reading it now.
Yes, Adam, I'm also in the middle of trying to get through an ever-growing summer reading list. However if anyone is reading LOTR, I'll pop in and comment from time to time. :pleased:
