Hello Tousle, here's one "Obedience is the key to all doors; feelings come(or don't come) and go as God pleases". C.S. Lewis Letters (7 Dec 1950) also "Don't bother much about your feelings. When they are humble, loving, brave, give thanks for them; when they are conceited, selfish, cowardly, ask to have them altered. In neither case are they you, but only a thing that happens to you. What matters is your intentions and your behavior". C.S. Lewis Letters (13 June 1951) Feelings are the training wheels God gives us on our first bicycle, the first days and months of our spiritual journey. When he feels that we are ready. There comes a day when he will remove the training wheels and we will ride free. We will fall off, crash with skinned knees, but each time when we get back on and begin again the next ride will be longer. Steveo :)
I long for that language of light

"Love is the will to extend one's self in order to nurture one's own or another's spiritual growth."
