Anybody Know It?

Postby Guest » August 9th, 2004, 8:22 pm

Browsing at the bookstore (a physical bookstore, not just surfing amazon.com, I mean), I chanced upon a book of the title Lewis Agonistes ... has anyone read it?

Cheers,

Hi, Karl,
I've read it, and enjoyed it. I had been waiting for it to come out when it was published as I have had a lecture series on tape done by Markos on Lewis that I found quite good. You can get an idea of Markos' style from this link to an essay he wrote for Christianity Today titled .

Selah,
Sven
Rat! he found breath to whisper, shaking. Are you afraid?
Afraid? murmured the Rat, his eyes shining with unutterable love.
Afraid! Of Him? O, never, never! And yet -- and yet -- O, Mole, I am afraid!
Then the two animals, crouching to the earth, bowed their heads and did worship.
