Letting the others think they have the upper hand in the conversation and surprise them when they least expect it. Then they think this guy really does know what he is talking about. And if I don't know or don't care, it's better to remain silent.

They generally have two choice by that point.
1. Do as I say. OR
2. Get out of my office now.
Keep in mind, I am only this way if they are rude, loud, irritating, or mean to me or any of my employees.
