I don't remember who said it, but it's a good quote: A good patriot is loyal to his people at all times and to his government when they deserve it.

I'm pretty sure it was someone American, actually - maybe even one of the Fathers. Or possibly someone like Mark Twain. :)

But yeah, I think Lewis might have sympathized with it.
