This might not be quite appropriate for a wedding, but here is a poem that Lewis wrote for Joy shortly before she died.
The last line is my favorite.

As The Ruin Falls

All this is flashy rhetoric about loving you.
I never had a selfless thought since I was born.
I am mercenary and self-seeking through and through:
I want God, you, all friends, merely to serve my turn.
Peace, re-assurance, pleasure, are the goals I seek.
I cannot crawl one inch outside my proper skin:
I talk of love - a scholar's parrot may talk Greek-
But, self-imprisoned, always end where I begin.
Only that now you have taught me (but how late) my lack.
I see the chasm. And everything you are was making
My heart into a bridge by which I might get back
From exile, and grow man.
And now the bridge is breaking.
For this I bless you as the ruin falls. The pains
You give me are more precious than all other gains.

The pains you give me are more precious than all other gains.
"My brain and this world don't fit each other, and there's an end of it!" - G.K. Chesterton

Somebody more studied than myself, what is that quote about being in love is not 2 people looking at each other, but 2 people looking together in the same direction, or something like that. Arrgh, I hate when I can't place something.

You're thinking of The Four Loves, Ticket. They are both loves, just two different loves. Two lookng at each other is eros, and two looking in the same direction is phillia.
Rat! he found breath to whisper, shaking. Are you afraid?
Afraid? murmured the Rat, his eyes shining with unutterable love.
Afraid! Of Him? O, never, never! And yet -- and yet -- O, Mole, I am afraid!
Then the two animals, crouching to the earth, bowed their heads and did worship.
