Vol III of Lewis' Collected Letters is due out in November. Anyone else here already have it on advance order?

Hey, I wish I had the first two volumes.

I do.
Rat! he found breath to whisper, shaking. Are you afraid?
Afraid? murmured the Rat, his eyes shining with unutterable love.
Afraid! Of Him? O, never, never! And yet -- and yet -- O, Mole, I am afraid!
Then the two animals, crouching to the earth, bowed their heads and did worship.

Ah, yes, good idea. I never hint though. I usually give my family a list of about 30 to 50 books that I want, and they buy the ones that they can find or afford off of Ebay. I'll add the Collected Letters to my list!

I'm still working my way through Vol. I, so it will probably be some time before I'm ready to purchase Vol. III. I'm quite enjoying the experience, however, and fully intend to make my way through the complete collection.

Those are all missing from my collection. Christmas list has officially been started.

Just a note: I noticed on the HarperCollins website that the release date for Vol. III of Collected Letters has been delayed (again), it seems. At least in the U.S., it looks like we'll have to wait till January 9, 2007.

However, I also noticed (from a promotional e-mail from Amazon UK) that it is due to go on sale there on November 6.
