Be patient! I know that Mr. Hooper has been working extremely hard on this. It is truly a titanic effort, as you can imagine. It takes him sometimes weeks to nail down and confirm a single footnote. He was trying really hard to finish it by Christmas, but it looks like the release will now be in January. It will be worth the wait!
