Rat! he found breath to whisper, shaking. Are you afraid?
Afraid? murmured the Rat, his eyes shining with unutterable love.
Afraid! Of Him? O, never, never! And yet -- and yet -- O, Mole, I am afraid!
Then the two animals, crouching to the earth, bowed their heads and did worship.

Good find, Sven! Wow...that is a lot of money. :anxious:

*sigh* Well, for those interested in getting it, I added it as a featured item on the bookstore.

Jules Verne and C.S. Lewis

Postby 42missy42 » February 13th, 2007, 7:42 pm

Just an interesting note: I recently watched a documentary on Jules Verne's life and works, if you take the time to compare the two, the results are actually quite amazing. Lewis is the complete opposite of Verne. I would write an essay comparing them, but I have to much to do right now!
