Surprisingly, like many of you here, my first encounter with C.S. Lewis was
Mere Christianity which I read sometime in early high-school and I simply loved it. It was such a revelation to me. Afterwards I started reading the
Chronicles of Narnia, which I read in less than two weeks and although I had midterms and such at the time I just couldn't stop reading them. Soon after my life's goal, so to say, became to read whatever Lewis ever wrote. I am still working at it of course, but I just finished
Surprised by Joy, and I am thinking which one to get next.
A Grief Observed or
God in the Dock probably, when I get my hands on them
I know the topic didn't include our favourite book also, but I would have to say
The Problem of Pain and
The Four Loves are on top of my list.
