Help With Quote Please

Working on a devotional lesson on God's Will and came across this quote attributed to C.S. Would somebody be so kind as to direct me to the source / book of origin? Page #? Thank You!

“There are two kinds of people: those who say to God, "Thy will be done," and those to whom God says, "All right, then, have it your way”

Hello, Numberman, and welcome to the forums. The quote is from The Great Divorce, although I do not have a page number.

However, the exact text of your quote is incorrect. It should be:

There are only two kinds of people in the end: those who say to God, "Thy will be done," and those to whom God says, in the end, "Thy will be done."

Thanks! Appreciate your input. Found it on P.69. I look forward to spending some time here! This looks like a very well-informed group. Blessings!
