Wow, thanks! The pictures on the link are wonderful.

Do you have lots of medieval festivals, or is this the one you have every year?

I see it says "Narnia" not Narni; is this the medieval name being used?

It makes one wish that there were towns in the U. S. named Narnia. We have towns and villages here in Michigan founded by Dutch immigrants that were named after places in the Netherlands. (e.g. Holland and Zeeland, Michigan). But the only that thing that's medieval here is the style of some buildings (e.g. Dimnent Chapel and Graves Hall at Hope College). So we have something which looks a little like Cair Paravel or the cathedrals in Europe.

Narnia medioeval Town

Postby fgiusepp » May 15th, 2007, 4:10 pm

Realy my town are many more old that Medioeval .
Narnia are an old roman Town founded 299 B.C. and till 1700 A.D. was named NARNIA .

so for about 2000 years was NARNIA and only for a few modern time are Narni.

The festival are the one that we have every years, butwe live always in medioeval bulding that now are restored.
