Check out this cartoon by a blog called .

I am not sure I have captured its meaning. Can someone who is savvy expound it to me?

Hmmm. Could this have something to do with the documentary March of the Penguins? Some Christian groups seized on it as an exemplar of "family values" because the penguins are monogamous (but only for a season!) and lavish great care on their eggs. I don't really get the cartoon either.

There is a Christmas movie with the penguins from Madagascar coming out, I believe. Maybe the cartoonist is saying that Aslan is better than penguins?

I think so too. I can remember reading the blog of an atheist bozo who ridiculed the statement made by Christians about the movie. He didn't criticized it as much as tore the statement to pieces, going on to parallel some of the penguins abandoning their flock to the disciples leaving their families to follow Christ, etc etc. I think the author of the cartoon is trying hard to show that there are better Christian allegories out there than March of the Penguins which is why Aslan is behind one character.

Actually, I quite like the cartoon. It certainly was to the point.
