Has anyone seen this book, or know what the author's qualifications are for writing it?

2 Cor. 2:15-16 "Our lives are a Christ-like fragrance rising up to God. but this fragrance is perceived differently by those who are being saved and by those who are perishing. To those who are perishing, we are a dreadful smell of death and doom. But to those who are being saved, we are a life-giving perfume. And who is adequate for such a task as this?" NLT

As I read these verses yesterday, I was struck by the thought of how this is very like the dwarfs in the stable at the end of LB. Aslan set a feast before them, but they could/would see, taste, and smell nothing but stable fodder and dirty trough water. Their perception was tainted by what they believed, or rather didn't believe.

As an aside, I just finished reading all 7 books to my 7 year old daughter. Once again, I was reduced to tears as I finished The Last Battle. I love the line that says "Suddenly Aslan no longer looked like a lion to them." It's just a cool wrap to a great series of books.
"And this is the marvel of marvels, that he called me, Beloved, me who am but as a dog---" Emeth.
And as He spoke He no longer looked to them like a lion; But the things that began to happen after that were so great and beautiful that I cannot write them.

…on a night of rain Frodo smelled a sweet fragrance on the air and heard the sound of singing that came over the water. And then it seemed to him that as in his dream in the house of Bombadil, the grey rain-curtain turned all to silver glass and was rolled back, and he beheld white shores and beyond them a fair green country under a swift sunrise.
