What became of Ginarrbrik and Glozelle?

Postby Korora » October 15th, 2006, 11:45 pm

In LWW, I don't remember it saying anything about what became Jadis' then-nameless chauffeur. And in PC, I cannot remember seeing anything about what became of Glozelle.

Eudyptula albosignata
Haman - n + s = Hamas. And that's not the only similarity.

…on a night of rain Frodo smelled a sweet fragrance on the air and heard the sound of singing that came over the water. And then it seemed to him that as in his dream in the house of Bombadil, the grey rain-curtain turned all to silver glass and was rolled back, and he beheld white shores and beyond them a fair green country under a swift sunrise.

Very funny, Stan!
Actually Miraz would have probably stayed alive if he had read the prophecy in Shakespeare's Richard III - in that someone whose name began with G was a thread to him!

EDIT: Auuughhhhh!!! It just goes to show I shouldn't post in such a hurry!
Of course, I did mean a threat. Thanks, Monica, for making it such a laugh!

[Literary note to prove I have a real functioning brain: The person who was affected by the prophecy was Edward IV, Richard's brother the king. The G-person who it was assumed to refer to was George of Clarence, another of their brothers. But of course, we all knew that it was Richard of Gloucester. Yes, Gloucester begins with a G]
