I tend to see more of a connection between Andrew and Weston.

They seem to have the same sort of aims concerning Narnia & Mars.

The difference being that Andrew tends not to be quite so calculating in terms of how to exploit the "new World", and does get the chance to steer himself from his extreme avarice and self-centreness, whilst Weston does not.
