Lewis qoute on friendship

Lewis qoute on friendship

Postby nathan » July 27th, 2004, 10:25 pm

Hi. I am looking for a qoute by Lewis on freindship. I remeber reading it but cannot remeber what book it is from. THus is the perils of reading so much Lewis so often. ANyways it is something along the lines of how true friendships are formed when two find each other who have shared something that has deeply inhabited each's soul. I apologize for my version. I'm trying best i can to remeber it. If anyone knows the qoute could you please post it. Thanks muchly - Stay Happy - Nathan

Rat! he found breath to whisper, shaking. Are you afraid?
Afraid? murmured the Rat, his eyes shining with unutterable love.
Afraid! Of Him? O, never, never! And yet -- and yet -- O, Mole, I am afraid!
Then the two animals, crouching to the earth, bowed their heads and did worship.
