Er....yeah. Folks, we really have to be careful about this. There's a reputation at stake...and it isn't just the Wardrobe, but it's creator as well. :)

 I -swear- I didn't mean it like that, Arwen. Really. No offense meant at all. Sorry. I really do need to learn how to be less cynical and so forth online, for 'tis not a good thing. :( Didn't mean to be rude, though.

Arwen, knock off the attitude, you know no one ridiculed you, they were teasing the OP. If you want to participate here, join. Otherwise, cease with the wiseguy comments.
Rat! he found breath to whisper, shaking. Are you afraid?
Afraid? murmured the Rat, his eyes shining with unutterable love.
Afraid! Of Him? O, never, never! And yet -- and yet -- O, Mole, I am afraid!
Then the two animals, crouching to the earth, bowed their heads and did worship.

Never mind the fact that two of the three questions are already on this web site under (hm...let me look...oh!) bio.

For crying out loud...please do a little looking before asking!

His favourite hobby varied according to his age.

As a middle-aged man, he seemed to like reading, writing, smoking, drinking, talking to friends, going walking, and a few others I have overlooked.
He did not like popular music, and seldom listened to any music. He did not listen to the radio or read a newspaper.

Perhaps reading was his ultimate favourite - closely followed by writing.
