please help, if you can

PostPosted: April 4th, 2005, 9:23 pm
by i like the name Shasta
i'm writing a philosophy paper
in French
in France
and i want to talk about the part in The Silver Chair
where the witch is suggesting that the children only imagined the world above ground as a bigger and better version of the "real" world below
that's how i remember it
having read it only once and that six years ago
the problem is
my copy of the book is in Australia, so i can't reread
and i have my doubts as to there being a copy in the library
ideally
i'd like an accurate summary of the passage
the names of characters present
any or all of which in french
and any quotes from the passage it is possible to give me
but i'd be grateful for any help you can offer
maybe suggestions on other ways around the problem?

I don't have a response to your inquiry I just wanted to say, I like the name Shasta too! Lewis's use was my second exposure to the name, when I was a kid the brand of soda my mother purchased was Shasta! The cans had mountains on them, they were neat.
