Is Cyril Blellow represntative of Satan in "The Great Divorce".

I doubt it - Cyril Blellow seems to me to be just a pompous poetry critic who had irritated the tousled-headed poet with a bad review.

Of course, some might argue that all literary critics are, by definition, representatives of Satan, but I don't think that you are looking for facetiousness.
"What are you laughing at?"
