Well, it's not exactly difficult to find this stuff out though is it? When I went back to work part-time when my dd was 3 months old she had to have a bottle in the mornings when I was at work - the rest of the time I b-fed her. I did try the whole pumping thing but it was a nightmare and I figured one bottle a day wouldn't kill her.

Fortunately she took to the bottle quite easily once she realised it was that or nothing. So, occasionally when I had had a few drinks for example, I would give her a bottle. I found out how to sterilise bottles etc without having to ring up a midwife and ask her.
