Looking at Amazon.com, I notice that there is a regular edition (in either full screen or widescreen) and a "special edition" with two discs. On the regular edition it lists "bloopers" as one of the special features. But that item, for instance, is not listed in the special features list on the two disc set.

I hope that it is simply because of an incomplete list of special features on the two-disc set. To include different special features on the regular edition in order to make fans get both versions if they want all the extras, would seem to be -- well, not pretty.

…on a night of rain Frodo smelled a sweet fragrance on the air and heard the sound of singing that came over the water. And then it seemed to him that as in his dream in the house of Bombadil, the grey rain-curtain turned all to silver glass and was rolled back, and he beheld white shores and beyond them a fair green country under a swift sunrise.

Are they going to have an extended version?
"Jill," said Tirian, "you are the bravest and most wood-wise of all my subjects, but also the most malapert and disobedient."
"By the Mane!" he whispered to Eustace. "This girl is a wondrous wood-maid. If she had Dryad's blood in her she could scarce do it better." - The Last Battle

Discussion on Narniaweb suggests there is not enough material for an extended edition. There are probably out-takes, bits trimmed, and one scene not included (dancing at the coronation).

What other films do you know that have an extended edition, apart from LOTR?
(I have suggested to some people that LWW's being made in NZ won't mean it has the same arrangement as LOTR.)

People flock in, nevertheless, in search of answers to those questions only librarians are considered to be able to answer, such as "Is this the laundry?" "How do you spell surreptitious?" and, on a regular basis, "Do you have a book I remember reading once? It had a red cover and it turned out they were twins." ~Terry Pratchett, about libraries
And we shall reach zero at some point. :)

Adamson's comments regarding the pre-animation process are on page 124, by the way, if anyone is interested.
